David Parks with his wife and their two young children, moved to Claygate in 1979. He is now retired. During his business career he held senior executive positions in both the food and financial services industries.
He firmly believes that a Parish Council solely focusing on the needs of Claygate can do much to ensure that we maintain the very special atmosphere and community spirit which characterises our village
